if you're rotating it around the y-axis, then you'd find the integral of the functions x=cuberoot(y) and x=y^2 right

How does the formula change when you are rotating around a line instead of an axis?

how would you find the volume if you rotated it on the y-axis. im a bit confused on what numbers you plug in in the left and right . thanks

On the function where's (x^3) squared explain more. Me if I do maths it's giving (x^3)^2=X^9.
