THIS song is a masterpiece! I was in my 30's when it came out (the mid-90's), and thought it reflected the events at that time. I could not appreciate that it was really a preview of things to come - and here we are.

I scoured the internet in the 2000s and 2010s to find a good version of this video so that I could share it with others. I did manage to find a horrible grainy version, which I treasured. Finally I found this! WHY DID IT TAKE SO LONG TO SHARE THIS VIDEO?

It’s hard to not love Don Henley. A true legend. I’m twenty five and Ive loved his and the eagles music for longer than I can remember when I was three(according to my parents) I begged them to bring me to an eagles concert. On my sixth birthday I got my lifelong wish at what was then the savvis center in St. Louis Missouri. It still is one of the fondest memories of my life 19 years later. And I still love their music.
