tips for hair !!! instead of doing a ponytail when u oil ur hair, you wanna put ur hair up in a protective style. so like in a claw clip or braids. and double shampoo ur hair to make sure you get all the oil out. when u condition ur hair, don’t do ur scalp as it can make ur hair oily. you wanna focus most of ur moisturizing products on the ends, not ur scalp. and for the hair dryer do the ends and scrunch up to the root so u can create more volume and ur hair doesn’t look flat. don’t focus the hair dryer on the top of ur scalp- coming from a curly hair girl 😛

Just a little tip for when you take your vitamins you should take them with a food instead of a liquid because the water just goes right through but if you eat it with food it will digest with your food and go into your bloodstream which is what’s it’s supposed to do but it doesn’t work when you just do it with water. Btw I love your vids!
