Very nicely explained, including the tests!
I get numb hands or feet when I eat meat.
I haven't eaten much for many years and started an experiment recently seen my freezer is full and needs cleaning.
But I don't feel as well on meat as on fruits and vegetables!
About R-ALA: I read that liposomal R-ALA is even better and lasts longer. They wrote that it loses its power very quickly even before the use by date.
I will try it when I run out of regular R-ALA.
Indeed, I don't feel the same energy boost with the older capsules compared to when they arrived.
Make sure to put a proper screw lid on the bottle and not a flip lid bottle that lets humidity in!

the best form is R-ALA - 2 FORMS OF R-ALA STABILIZIZED AND NON STABILIZED - STABILIZED BEING THE MOST BIOAVAILABLE. (Stabilized is Na-R-ALA /Unstabilized is R-ALA) - Thanks Tommy for all your hard work.. How is the new baby??

Alpha lipoic acid found in the food flaxseed. 1.6 - 2.0 for 2 tablespoons depending on crushed or whole. Greens too high in vitamin k. Could interfere with warfarin. Thanks

You have armed me with such knowledge when I go to the doctor and this guy goes well I'm glad you're taking it such a healthy interest and I go like you should have been helping me with this instead of me getting it off of YouTube video so tread lightly sir you're about to get fired. You have no idea how good that felt because they didn't explain nothing and just gave me gabapentin which I love but because of you I sort of weaned myself down I didn't stop but I had an incident with another doctor that canceled all my prescription before he even met me so I had to go through a this is in Los Angeles I had to go to a bit of a suffering. But he messed with the wrong one he's being brought up on charges cuz I have receipts so you're making me put these guys in their place I shouldn't have told him where I got my information but hey I'm proud of you you help me more than they've ever helped me in 8 years 🥺😭😭😭🤧😢 and for that I will be forever grateful and your forever subscriber I appreciate these morning visits thank you so much 🤍 you have helped remarkably if your parents are alive you tell them you help a lot of people or show them this they should be so proud. Cuz you help with real suffering 😭😭😭🤧

I've tried all kinds if things with no success. I mainly get the leg and feet cramps at night when I'm sleeping. Any suggestions or information would be greatly appreciated sir. Thanks on advance.

Is there a difference between "r-alpha lipoic acid" and "r-lipoic acid" (without the word "alpha" in it)? I am doing searches on Amazon and see both of these. I found one that I'm leaning towards, but it doesn't have the word "alpha" in it. Just says "r-lipoic acid" Are they the same thing?
