For those who don’t understand, when I say doing the tasks you WANT to do, I’m not talking about motivation. I’m talking about the things you know you must do to achieve your goals that you’re pushing off. You want to do them, but you can’t get yourself to do them. This video was created to make you do those tasks.

“Instead thinking OF who you want to become, think FROM who you want to become” excellent video brother, we’re all going to make it

general ambition causes anxiety, but specific ambition causes direction! you need to focus you ambition. A lot of wind in your sails is useless if you don't focus it to get to a specific location.

1. Increasing your input over time.

2. Identity Modeling - Visualise yourself in your highest self, act as if your highest self would act.

3. Use Affirmations.

It’s wild that a book as forbidden as Hidden Laws Of The Game isn’t all over the internet.

what I like about the algorithm is that this comment section is filled with people who are all probably struggling with the same thing and it's just nice to know you're not alone

“Success does not care about the validity of your excuses”. That stuck with me.

There is always something that will come up, and not knowing how to pivot and stay on track no matter the circumstance will keep you in the same loophole that we desperately try to get out of. Even watching videos like this will trick you into thinking that you are doing something, but with no action it means nothing. It’s great to watch when you’re in a rut and need some motivation, but consuming more than doing because it makes you feel good is fake action. Consume when you need to, but be aware of how much you do.

1. Slowly increasing your input overtime: become more and more discipline, dopamine detox
2. Visualize yourself in an ideal state: you can feel the barrier between you and the bad habit
3. Moving in the internal: who you are as a person, visualize it as yourself right now. Use that person traits, personality as your own => Identity modeling process.
4. Affirmations power: we don't actually want to change our habits, instead we change ourself and our habits change as a result of that => Embody the person you want to become

It’s amazing how Shirlest’s Hidden Pineal Gland Activation can transform your perspective. I didn't think I'd ever be able to meditate deeply or tap into my intuition, but now it feels like a natural part of my routine. My creative ideas are flowing like never before!

the fact that nobody talks about Unveiling Your Hidden Potential by Bruce Thornwood speaks volumes about how people are stuck in trance

What hes saying stands true. I used to overthink every social interaction I had and had a overall horrible self-esteem. I started to imagine myself more confident etc.
and after a while it starts to change you. I no longer care what people think of me, more confident and able to be comfortable in uncomfortable situations. If you tell yourself something for long enough, you will end up believing it

0:27 I dated two guys exactly like this when I was a teenager and I stuck around too long they ended up just being creeps that smoked all day every day didn’t care if you had an appointment or interview they blaze up making you smell and feeling embarrassed while wanting you to dedicate all your time answering them on demand while cheating on you with other girls. I love weed but what I don’t love is people making it a life style.

Not meant as any hate or whatsoever on this guy, really liked his video. Nevertheless, having struggled with discipline for a looong time and now being more disciplined than ever, here is my take on it.

Consistency will become possible when you let your identity out of the equation. A lot of artists, big speakers or famous people that we now know had low self-image, low self-esteem - such as MLK and Churchill. However, what they did have in common was this. A clear vision of where they wanted to go and the values and aspirations to go with it. A creative urge that was not an ideal to compensate for their identity, but because they genuinely wanted to see their creation into being.

The more you make things about "you", your identity and how you feel in the process, the more of an oscillating pattern you will experience. Funny enough, exactly the opposite of what the self-help industry tells you: think the right things, and you will do the right actions - again: making it all about you. Whenever you put the focus on whatever it is that you want to create instead of yourself, you'll feel this chronic pressure of "having" to perform, fade away. Ironically, making you more productive in the long term.

And if you don't want to do something, but it supports a goal that you want to achieve, just see that for what it is. It sucks, but that's okay because it supports a bigger goal. And over time, things will start to suck less. You'll start change to your identity because now, you have actually accumulated proof of actually keeping promises to yourself.

Hope this helped for anyone who reads this.
