Can't find help on returning a blank cell or 0 if a VLookup is used on a range of cells that you need to multiply ?

hello. im wondern if you can help me. B3 is (blank cell)and A3 is 3649 and C3 is where the result. subtract B3 by A3 result is -3649. o can we make -3649 ivisible. its like. i want C3 to stay blank while only A3 has data. if i type any amount on B3 then C3 result will appear.

Not where I am looking for actually. I have a formula in a cell based on empty cells. There will only apear a value if that empty cell will receive a value if you know what I mean. For the time being that cell gives me an #VALUE! error which I would like to hide
