Airbnb and Serviced Accommodation Hosts. Let me start this video by saying Booking. com doesn’t care about you or your business 😬. None of the booking sites do. Their list of priorities is themselves first ☝, guests second ✌ and us hosts last 🤏. Never mind cash cows, they see us as commission cows. They call us partners but we’re really just numbers that exist to house “their” guests 🙄.

But as much as I hate to admit it we need them, definitely not as much as they need us but we need them nonetheless. But let’s be clear. They work for us, not the other way around 💪.

In this video I’m going to show you some hacks and optimisations to use on Booking. com to make your life easier and your business better.

Thank you for the tip about children rates. Brilliant. Do you still have access to guest's history when you click the name? In my extranet names were never linked and I don't see this option at all.

I've just started about 1 month ago. Guests don't seem to be leaving reviews. Is there anything I can do which encourages guests to leave a review?

Thanks for your tips, they are helpfull. If you list 2 apartments as a group listing how to teilor automatic scheduled messages to particular apartment? Like the key box code is different for each apartment.
