I got hurt by a physical therapist and she denied responsibility. I had made a month of progress which she ruined with a five minute deep tissue message on my injured leg.

When I tried to report my injury there was no one to talk to and I was ghosted with a more severe injury than when I started. They don’t care about anything but money.

ATI Physical Therapy SUCKS! They took over Olympic Physical Therapy in the Seattle/King County area, and after that I only went twice. There are few permanent P/Ts, many p/time or 'traveling' P/Ts, and I felt like I was a patient on an assembly line. After my first one or two appts the P/T was seeing two patients AT ONCE, and just having me lay on the table and repeat the first exercises I'd been given. No personal assesment of improvement each WTF! I figured I could do those 'exercises' on my own in my own spare bedroom, and didn't need my insurance paying for such lousy service.
This is what you get when the backers are part of a private equity company.
