My sister started her little home bakery about a decade ago.. it started with her juat making baked goods trays for thanksgiving and christmas.. she had so much demand after a few years that she didnt have a choice but to comandere the garage.. which then evolved into her corner shop. Now in 2024 she has 16 bakers working out of a warehouse

Congratulations, your place is so cute.
You can max the number of customers in store(bad weather is a coming) by changing the flow. If people came in and went straight ahead then along the back wall, then back along the counter and paid by the window before exiting it would allow more people to be in the store and out of the rain.
Also a slimline shelf unit with prepackaged items people can pick up along that wall(impulse buys, your own branded coffee cups, tote bags prepackaged cookies, gift cards etc ) before they even get to the counter, just like other brands do, to increase individual spends.
Great use of the space with the steps though.🥰
