In this HubSpot tutorial, we will walk you through how-to create sales goals in HubSpot.

In HubSpot, managers can create user-specific quotas for their sales and services teams with the help of goals. Managers can then assign these goals at the user, team, or pipeline level.

Steps to follow:

1. In your HubSpot account, click the settings icon in the main navigation bar.

2. In the left sidebar menu, navigate to Tracking & Analytics.

3. Select Goals.

4. In the right corner, click Create.

5. In the right panel, click the Type of goal dropdown menu and select Sales or Services.

6. Click the Measurement dropdown menu and select a goal measure.

7. Select the checkboxes next to the users you want to assign the goal to or You can use the search field to locate a user in your account.

8. Click Add.

9. You can now set the goals on the basis of the measurements you have selected for the users.

10. If you want to set different goal values for each month, you can fill the values manually or if you want to keep it the same, then select the Apply to the remainder of year box.

11. Click Save and you are done. This is how you can create sales goals in HubSpot.
