We have a Formula 1 title fight. Well, I think so anyway. Let's talk about it.

I don’t think a title fight is likely, BUT that’s not what’s important. We are now gonna get competitive and exciting races consistently. That’s defo worth celebrating.

There is ZERO chance of a title fight this year but are there chances of race win fights yes... Maybe

I hope you're right about the Driver's title but I'll believe it when I see it.

However, I think P1 for the Constructors is on. MCL and FER are rising just as Checo hits his summer European swoon. THAT might be the title fight we see.

Bro saw two slightly competitive races and those content eyes lit up.

Calling it a title fight is really far fetched

Tommo, what are you smoking when you made this video?

Max will win the title with over 100+ points. If I am wrong I will buy you a crate of beer or a bottle of wine, whatever you prefer.

And yes, please come back to this video and comment at the end of the season.

This year seems like a 2020 where we get a few other winners but no real battle for the title. The season is still pretty fun and exciting. But Next year is gonna go hard. Like lewis vs max vs charles vs lando. This year will be close, but next year guys get ready. Im calling it from now.

Edit: what cane after 2020??? The greatest season in f1. F1 always likes to repeat itself, lets see if it does that again…

33 wins in 40. Soak that in. Really soak that in.

Well, we have competitive races again. I wouldn't say we have a title fight. The Constructors MIGHT be up for grabs by season's end.

I think it started in Spa 2022. Coming back from the summer break, Ferrari were hurt significantly by TD39. Max comfortably won the race from 14th. At the time the conversation was about how Ferrari were bottling this championship, but by the end of that season everyone had to admit that Max would’ve still won even if Ferrari played it perfectly.

These last couple of seasons are completely Toto Wolffs fault.

Despite being a neutral, I always love the underdog but also the times a driver overcomes a "block". Seeing Lando finally get a well-deserved win was a joy, and I will undoubtedly be ridiculously happy if Charles finally gets on the podium, especially the top step, at his home race. Should he do it, it could well be the race that removes his bad luck there throughout the future.

(Although some, like Hamilton, do especially well at them, home races often seem cursed! Remember Reubens never winning in Brazil, mostly because his car would conk out. I'd shed tears for him! And there are many more such cases, not just in F1.)

When it comes down to individual races and the championship, may the best driver and team win their respective competitions. Should Max do it again, this will be as tough a season, if not tougher, than his first WC. If each race only gives one or two near race-long fights, it'll be a great season. For those of you too young to remember the pre-hybrid era, two season-long competitors has often been the norm. I learned decades ago that all you need is one good fight for it to be remembered as a terrific race! Nothing has changed.

Max is in beast mode this year. I'd bet a lot of money on him winning WDC without any major problems

Max will win his 4th this year, there’s no real argument against it

Max's sector 1 time from the lap without Hulkenberg was also fast enough for pole. He gained some but went deep because of it.

I think the one thing all of these McLaren and Ferrari glazers fail to consider is that they have brought huge upgrades already, whereas red bull haven’t really done so yet. The other teams are just catching up. When red bull next puts in a big package, they’re going right back to 20 second gaps every race

Max is definitely the best driver on the grid, but lando, charles, and even sainz on his day with the right set up can fight. Piastri is very close, but I definitely think were in for some exciting fights in 2024, and if everything goes right then maybe a title fight :)

Imagine bringing Vettel next year in
Both Max and Seb, 4 time world champs, in a red bull
In a red bull going all out

I’ll never forget Charles’ crash at Paul Ricard, primarily because he shout REALLY scared my dog and she went and hid when it happened…
