Pisco Sour

Serving - 1

INGREDIENTS
Sugar - 30 grams
Lime juice - 40 milliliters
Lime zest
Pisco - 45 milliliters
Ice cubes - to taste
Egg white - 1

PREPARATION
1. Add 30 grams sugar, 40 milliliters lime juice, lime zest, 45 milliliters pisco, ice cubes and 1 egg white in a blender. Blend until all the ingredients mix well.
2. Pour the cocktail mixture into the glass.
3. Garnish with angostura bitters and lemon slice.
4. Serve chilled.

Not the classic way to make or serve it but it looks like a quite refreshing
frozen version.
