Greg Doucette loves this and made an influence just by it being his hobby

My two cents: i) There's a lot of different between the older wheel-on trainers and the Elite Tuo - the Elite legit has a great road feel (DC Rainmaker did a great review in which he compares the road feel to the best ~1000 USD trainers) and is 100% recommended for beginners / anyone not going 500W+ on a regular basis (that's how I started and it got me hooked) and ii) One great advantage of smart bikes is being easily adjustable for different people, so it can be very suitable for a family, for instance (after the Elite Tuo, I went for the Stages SB20 and now my wife is also zwifting somewhat regularly).

Been Zwifting for the last 3 years while my set-up is a Minoura Mag 500 Wheel-On Trainer, Garmin speed sensor, Cyplus S3 cadence sensor and Cospoo heart rate monitor and on the bike is a dedicated rear wheel with a 700x23C bald tires with smaller sprocket, while on my desktop computer, I use ANT+ USB receiver. Whenever I wanted to increase the wheel resistance while riding, I just kick the resistance switch 1 notch using my right toe. I don't plan to buy any smart trainer for now as my current set-up works for me.

I currently have some cheap sensors on a cheap indoor bike (yes I plan on upgrading), and I'm pulling frequently 400w (the maximum with unsupported hardware). Is that normal or are my sensors off ?
One thing to note, is my tall and heavy (1m86 & 144kg), so even when my w/kg is low my total watts are pretty high.

Taylor Swift called. She wants her arms back.😂 I've never seen such thin, girlyish arms on a grown man.
