The headline of the video is inaccurate. Although it might be true, It is not a proven fact yet. So a conditional tense should have been used. On the other hand, Su 34's are not soviet-era planes, as it is said in the video. Su 34 maiden flight took place in 1990, so it is newer than F 16's, which are in production since 1973.
