These go crazy. I started doing them because the cables were always taken at my university gym lol. Goes to show you can work full body at home with limited equipment.

Used to do these with a barbell. Lowered the bar behind my head and got a massive stretch, then a great contraction. I’ll have to start them up again.

Doesnt a pullover motion recruit more longhead tho? The longhead goes thru a motion instead of being static, thats why pjr pullovers are great for the triceps idk

How to build up to 20 bw pullups without doing weighted pullups? I've been plateaud for several months at 12-14 reps at a bw of 195. I'm tall with long arms.

This made my triceps super pumped. I’d do 17 sets of 3-4 reps each no lie ! Followed up with 2x of dips only . I could literally feel my triceps crazy sore for two straight days . I only used 10lb -15lb dumbbells tho . Got same result . No need go heavy in my opinion

Earlier today I've done 30s on this exercise for 9 and 7 reps (failed on 8th and done few partials). My arms are just under 14 inches. Eventually torso dominance must be broken despite having long arms

Would you recommend these over cable extensions? Free weight variations always hammer my elbows compared to cables.

I love doing this with myoreps, and when I get too tired I grab a smaller dumbbell for drop sets, take 5 minutes and my triceps are destroyed after.

Yo Alex. I know you do BTN overhead presses. I was wondering what you thought about BTN Lat pulldowns. Is there any benefit in your view? I can do them pretty heavy without shoulder strain but didn't know if there is any advantage.
