I actually brought those LS-120 disks LOL, glad someone could use them! I thought I could let go of the 3400c, but 2004 me buying it from ebay and using it for college would be terribly upset. You HAVE to do a video on the ThunderScan someday!

I had a Mac Plus in college. Around '88 I got a Thunderscanner but didn't realize that the one I got was the older model. But the only real difference was the 9 pin had a power line (can't recall the voltage) so I made a little adapter from the mini 8 to 9 pin with power injection. Worked fine after that.

That is nuts! I remember buying FaxStf new when it came out. I also bought Photoshop 1 new when it came out.

I cheated. I found several years before I got my II plus a dip to 9 pin adapter. So I can use later apple sticks.
