I know this is an old post and they have probably already finished their property, but before building again, I would've asked myself is it really safe to move forward yet again; something is giving them a serious message not to stay on this land.

They love nature. This is nature's way of saying "Stay off my land".

Why aren't we blaming the developers who paid off the town to build on land NASA has been warning about since the 1970s?

Yes, It is tragic. I can’t imagine losing my house and needing to rebuild from scratch, what a nightmare. Incredibly stressful for the family. A “go fund me” seems a bit excessive though. They choose to live in an environment that is not forgiving. I understand, it is beautiful and peaceful. However, These are 2 nurses easily earning 400-500k (conservatively) combined household income. There are people in much more dire straits then them.

What about the poor non-white families? I’m tired of the same demographics getting sympathy.

How about you do a story on how the homeless are fairing in all this?

Oh no, the well paid well educated and probably insured family has to spend more money they can actually access on a home they own.
