So, with the boy Izzy doll, do you pick up the stitches from left to right, so when you begin knitting, the collar will be facing the correct directon? Or does it not matter because it is a rib row? I am making my first doll from your patterns, and I envision many more 😂

I don't use double pointed needles...can the skirt be done with circular needles? I'm a newer knitter and don't know how to convert without instructions 🙂
