Fix Microsoft Edge Error Code Out Of Memory When Opening Any Website

Step 1) Clear browsing data & perform clean boot
Step 2) Use software rendering instead of GPU rendering
Click Advanced /Check for "Use software rendering instead of GPU rendering" then hit OK
Restart the PC
Step 3) Enable/Disable hardware acceleration.
edge://settings/system
Turn on "Use hardware acceleration when available"
Restart the Edge and check.
Note: If it's turned on try to turn it off then restart and check.
Step 4) Repair Microsoft Edge
Step 5) Use another browser such as Chrome/Mozilla Firefox
