OMG just unbelievable and unspeakable!! The system failed this whole family! She was on a psychiatric hold!?? And was left alone with her children!??? Why, because she lived in a nice neighborhood?? The CPS really screwed up big time and those involved in this case should be fired immediately.

Something seems off in the timing.

If they took the mother into custody Saturday evening and older boy called the police the next morning to tell them his siblings are dead.

Then the police reported that the 3 children had been dead for two hours when they arrived the next morning. I'm not sure how the mother could have done it if she was taken into custody the night before.

Why is there even a bail amount set?
Does killing 3 innocent children not meet the "no bail requirement?"
I mean what is the thresh hold for a judge to place a no bail requirement? I understand bail amount being set for a crime if it's theft or drug related, non-violent or maybe even an assault that didn't result in death - and even the latter is still bad; however 3 CHILDREN???
