CINCINNATI (WKRC) - Police arrest a second suspect for an East Price Hill murder as the first suspect appears in court. Police arrested Jamyr Wells and later Daniel Foster on Tuesday.

Wells, Foster and Terance Dear are both charged with the murder of Taher Taher in East Price Hill on June 2.

A judge ordered Dear held on one million dollars bond during his arraignment Tuesday morning.

In court, assistant prosecutor David Wood said Dear participated with others in the fatal shooting of Taher on Bassett Road near Elberon Avenue.

Dear's attorney said he doesn't believe his client is the principal suspect in this case and it could turn into a complicity charge. Police haven't said yet if Wells is the main suspect.

Wells is expected to answer to a murder charge on Wednesday.

I know him. He use to help watch my kids. He wouldn’t hurt a thing. He was at the wrong place at the wrong time.
