It was Chase, at 8:26 The "killer" is wearing a hoodie with a white fire logo. Chase is wearing the exact same thing, AND he put the paper in Preston's dad's coat, SO therefore I claim it is Chase.

He had a plan.
He wanted to get as close to Preston as possible to then assassinate him and take over the channel to gain fame. So, he tried making him depressed by *”murdering”* Brianna.
He wanted Preston to say his final goodbye kiss before he would commence the assassination.
Therefore, Chase is a *”criminal”* and needs to be *”arrested.”*

It was Chase because of the footage of the killer with the sweat shirt that had specifically the same details as the one Chase had, chase planted the paper all the evidence lead up to Chase, and lets not forget that he actually changed the subject to you and said you killed Brianna/your wife. Also when it said come up with a killer joke for you it seemed pretty obvious it was Chase.
