Biden Announces Sanctions Against Russia In Response To 'Invasion' Of Eastern Ukraine

President Biden announced new sanctions against Russia after they have planned orders to move troops into separatist regions in eastern Ukraine. The president assured any further acts of aggression from Russia would carry more consequences and promised to defend NATO allies in the region.

Only by means of sanctions, it is not able to save Ukraine, without military actions.
If once full-scale military attack started, Ukraine is not able to overcome Russian forces. so such Sanctions will be a meaningless action if Ukraine collapsed.
I guess Putin may already won this war unfortunately. I feel sad~~, because it looks like seeing another Afghanistan tragedy.
