Nice Job.. For general info.. when I have used a small grinding tool on the battery ends and removed the nickel surface it has rusted fairly quickly.

Yea my calculations doesn't add up. 500CCA(i suppose CCA means cold cranking amps) with a board that max at 100A current draw?!?

Hi. I want to make this same project for my scooter. Want to replace lead acid battery with lithium. My query is after attaching bms, it will receive a continuous charging current from rectifier of 14.3v. Will the bms support continuous current ? And what is the input voltage rating of 3s bms ?

I want to make a 12V 4 amp/h battery for my motorcycle with lithium ion cell. with 4x2 cell in parallel and series. is it safe workable for general motorbikes?? do i need additional charger or circuit to charge & discharge this battery?? You may know motorcycle has its own charging system via rectifier. please help me.
