I work with batteries of this kind. Especially Pellenc batteries. When I need to operate on them, first of all, I wear an antistatic wrist band. I also have a fire extinguisher, sand and a fireproof blanket. I also wear gloves. One time a battery pack exploded and burned right in my hands. Since then, I am extremely careful when I work on them. And then I see these videos... For everyone watching, don't try these things if you don't know what you are doing, and have not taken safety measures first. And, like other comments are saying, it's not that easy.

Реализация хорошая, а с точки зрения физики всё очень плохо. На сколько ампер рассчитана эта самая BMS плата? Как правило её рассчитывают на 40-60 а. То есть если на неё подадут максимальную нагрузку, то вот эти самые ленточки которые выдерживают 12 ампер просто нагреются очень сильно и расплавят изоляцию, что может привести к пожару. Надо делать несколько слоёв вот этой самой никелированные ленты.

I like the thriftyness but you should use insulation under the BMS when you fold the tabs it will rub on the side and short out that cell and cause problems.

You can buy a 25 slot 18650 battery pack for around 25$ and a 35 slot for around 40$. I got 3 of the 25 slot ones and they work great!

Just stick the batteries inside and they work great! Took a bloody AGE to charge at 5watts but I have phone power for days!

this video is great appart from the green bottle as heatshrink and you soldering the nickel strips to the bms. most bms come with an plate on the battery pads that allow them to be spotwelded on directly

OK, that's a perfect idea. Aside from using interesting looking tape it's flawless, but make sure not to short circuit
