Yes, exam should be reconduct. Now how can we trust that paper was not leaked. ? We are not fool and toy that to be played and make fun anytime as they want. Re Exam must for better choice. If paper was not leaked then why they cancelled? On what basis they cancelled? .

It seems Like CBI is protecting certain individuals, in order to favour them they might declare that paper weren't leaked, especially if the convicts are from the ruling party.
