Spend time with me after school as a 5th grade teacher. I like to make sure the date is changed on the whiteboard for the following day. I have three students who have left some kind of expensive jackets, but no one is claiming them so I put them in our school's lost and found. This year I use a microphone in my classroom and it's a game changer. It's a must have for teachers. Today was a rainy day so I had to put away all the rainy day toys. Don't ask my why my students didn't do it. It was a wild day. After that I sat down at my desk, answered some emails and got my slides ready for tomorrow. Then I decided I would read and write a few notes in my student's morning writing journals. By the time I finished that, it was 4 p.m and I was ready to go home.
