There is literally a direct bus from Marseille to Cassis (at the entrance to Les Calanques) which drives through the national park, takes 40mins and costs €3.50...

Fun fact : Around 600 B.C., Greeks from the city of Phocaea, located on the shores of the Aegean Sea, left Asia Minor to settle more than 2, 000 kilometers from home. After a long journey, these settlers founded a new city on the western shore of the Mediterranean to be called Massalia, Massalia (Μασσαλία) today known as Marseille is founded by Phocaeans (Greek colony).

Myself and my wife just did a 5 week tour of Europe. It was amazing. And we did stay in Marseille. We stayed in a hotel 🏨 right across from the port. We found Marseille a bit busier than we expected. That is way too many people! We should have done that ferry ⛴️ ride to that National Park 🏞️. Overall, we enjoyed our time there and would probably go back again. Thanks for the video.

Marseille is horrible. It’s the most dangerous city in France it is the level of a South American city. Happy you liked France tho
