Hello, we are back with a new video discussing the UK visa delays for outside applicants.

The UK immigration priority services for application processing from overseas are now suspended. As an outcome, there are significant Home Office delays in UK visa processing and entry clearance of applications submitted from overseas. Home Office stated that the processing timings for Skilled Worker applications are about eight weeks, and visitor visas take around six to eight weeks. Also, the processing time for settlement visas like spouse applications right now takes about six months.

Individuals and employers will be required to factor these delays into the recruitment process and ensure that managers and the expected employees are aware of the timelines.

It is also feasible that, following the introduction of new legislation, restrictions might take place on Russian nationals applying to the UK in the future. If you desire to sponsor a Russian national, we recommend that the visa application be issued before any changes come into effect.

My American husband used VFS Global service, they took 2095 dollars on top the standard visa fee etc. Submitted the application on April 27th . we have been promised 30 days then nothing happend because the delay. Then we have been told 60 day again. We are on day 57, still nothing!!!! UK Gov officials, where is the human rights for us You charged us thousands and thousands of pounds just to be together as we are husband and wife !!! Now you think it is right to keep us apart for 6 months when we have children and livestock etc and other responsibilities

Now there’s is no any war running in ukrain but uk still suspended priority service i got my passport after 42 days later and my friends still waiting for their passport

Please reply. I applied for uk spouse visa, gave biometrics on 8th April, i got a mail saying that it will take 24 weeks to process. Its September now and no update yet... I checked my visa status via vfs global and it says submitted to UKVI for processing. (The date when it was submitted to UKVI is not mentioned)What does it mean? When can i expect my visa? Does submitted gor processing mean processing is ongoing or processing just started? Does it mean I'll have ti wait another 24 weeks??Awaiting a quick response!

Did biometric on VFS Sydney, Australia on June 16th, received email the next day stating that they received the application and that it will take an average 6 weeks, well its been 43 days now and still waiting :( my flight is on Monday !

Extremely poor experience. Escalation raised but no response. Contacted Again and got to know details are missing second escalation was raised contacted again after 15 day and they said we will raise new escalation wow. Mean Is this professional approach
