As my grandpa would say, this is not depression, this is too much free time. He owns an olive trees farm and I’ve worked there since I could remember, you sleep like a log after a whole day in the farm, you don’t have the time to think about ‘Healing’. Skipped the farm one year when I was away for college then I made sure to go back frequently. I realized manual meaningful work is essential to keep someone grounded. So is there somewhere I can petition to bring some of these people to my grandad’s farm?? We’ll need some help next December and I can guarantee it’s a better therapy than whatever this is 😅
