this is actually awesome. its like a society of alicorns just living their life. like some sort of alicorn place where luna and celestia came from. would be fun to imagine how something happened and luna/celestia were the only ones left so pegasi and unicorns or earth ponies are just like a downgraded version of the original alicorns that died out. like some sort of recreation.

It would be interesting if in a world of Alicorns, everyone’s magic was weaker than a typical non-alicorns. If one has larger wings, then they are a better flier but the other two attributes are a bit weaker. Like when Season 1 Twilight explained how her special talent is magic over most unicorns who can do magic, but would have trouble doing the spells she knows. Or something along those lines.

When everyone is an alicorn, everyone is strong, fast, and can learn lots of magic. This may sound really good, but in the wrong hands (or hooves in this case), it can turn REALLY BAD. Example is at 1:42, where a mare was about to unleash catastrophe, because the sundae she ordered didn't have two wafer sticks. Also, if multiple ponies are able to control the sun and moon like at 0:52, it can disrupt climate. And finally, the non-pony creatures in the universe are possibly subject to the pony's rule since the non-pony creatures don't have powers that rival the alicorns.

That is why one of the Starlights put the "everypony is an alicorn" universe in the orange category.
