POV: You never stop learning about plant medicine.

For many folks who yearn for a deeper connection with medicinal plants, having your own lush garden or bountiful apothecary cabinet can seem years ahead of you. How do you know where to start?

Try working with just a few plants at a time, namely the ones you may already have experience with. Do you love chamomile tea? Try growing it! Does the smell of lavender put you at ease? Grow that too! Scared to start from seed? Check out the starts from your local nursery! Get to know one or two plants really well and gradually add more to your repertoire as you become more confident.

Don’t let your wildest dreams discourage you from the first steps. There are so many beautiful ways to work with what you have.
