Bent derailer hanger.
Battery going off after two years.
Charger going bad.
Seatpost weld broke.
Many numerous brake pad replacements. And a front disc upgrade.
Numerous seats.

How do ebikes fare with water? Stream crossing, crossing ford's, deep puddles, torrential rain etc

What haven't I broken, spokes, chains bent bars, broken rotors in motors, flooded controllers, smashed displays, hurt pride 😂 in saying that I'm 120kg and ask alot of the hardtail. Never really broken much just commuting only when beating on it out bush. Emtb chains and other 'electric specific' items are pointless and overpriced even with the 1000w mid drive I'm using. Invest in your own tools and learn to do your own maintenance.
