Very insightful. Appreciate the tips. I'm currently interviewing and it's my current role and ability to demonstrate skills in Tableau, PowerBI, Excel, Python and SQL that enabling me get interviews but not yet passed final round interviews but I guess that comes with time. I'm yet to be asked for a certificate as I put the Google data analytics certificate on hold so I could get comfortable with the various tools first, then will fast pace it to have it done as soon as I can as it's still useful.

I'm getting discouraged because most of the entry level positions for data anyalyst requires a bachelor degree. I am currently in the Google Coursera program, and I have a feeling it won't be enough to actually get hired. 😢
