In this tutorial I'll explain and demonstrate how to drop back into and stand up from Upward Facing Bow, or Urdhva Dhanurasana. This is something I've been working on for a few years now and wanted to share some tips, tricks, and drills that helped me! If you have any tips of your own, feel free to leave them in the comments to help out your fellow yoga practitioners :)

You do the dropback and stand up beautifully ! I understand know why you're able to drop back to kapotasana😉
I'm so afraid of those poses ; since I have already one broken tendon in the L rotator cuff, I don't want to break another one.
Your tutorial is very accurate with the explanations of which muscles you engage at this or that moment, I will give it to one of my friend who is very bendy and really wants to dropback ! Thank you Emma !
