How to connect the files from QGIS to Postgresql using db manager

It will give a general description of adding csv files to the QGIS, and the data will be transferred from the QGIS to postgres and could be visualize in pgadmin.

I encounter another problem when I import the file into Postgresql all column data type is char varying, even columns with numerical data. I try to change it but can't. Do you know how can I fix this problem?
