This man deserves someone to sponsor him a quad lift, would be a great comfort to you in the long run. Great channel

Such a primitive design. Amazing how far atv design has come.

My Grandpa had one in the 80s, it was the first 4wheeler I ever rode, no suspension and pretty slow, but now looking back it was pretty cool!👍

Another great video Joe Cast iron Kohler engine. Also known as K series. Will be a data plate on it somewhere. K91 is 8hp, K241 is 10hp, K321 is 14, K341 is 16 etc. Cool old rig.
P.S. turn your quart bottle over when you pour lol. It will be smoother coming out. The shape will let air in so it doesnt glug!

Those are tanks. They run forever. I had one in Alaska. And it went to a familly member who still rides it to cut firewood and too hunt moose. They are unbelievably reliable.

Every 3 wheeler I have drove can naturally float. Even the 350 warrior I bought new in 95' floated with extra air in the tire's. Comes in handy when you need to cross a Creek to get to the hill climbing spot. Cheers

From the Kohler manual: K91 is 4 horsepower, K161 is 7, K181 is 8, K241 is 10, K301 is 12, K321 is 14, K341 is 16 HP, all at 3, 600 RPM except the little k91 4 horse which is at 4000 rpm. You can find a nice Kohler K series service manual online in PDF form.

That thing is a beast! I'm actually impressed! It's a little slow, but definitely a workhorse. I never heard of this 4 wheeler until this. Pretty cool man 👍🏻

Those Kohler engines will last forever. Grandfather had a similar engine in his 1969 John Deere mower. Used for hours every week of is life until about 2016. Still runs like new!

If it has a Kohler industrial style engine, no oil filter on it so keep the oil changed regularly. It likely has just splash lubrication inside the engine. The main jet mixture screw is the one on top, idle mixture is on the side. Adjust to smoothest running.
Cool rig, great video, Joe! Thanks!

That is a really neat quad! Its interesting how the American stuff always has a random lawn mower engine with a cvt clutch, but anything Japanese has its own purpose built engine with internal trans.

Kickass old machine! My old ATC 90 floated, a little tippy but it would ford deep water with no problem. Happy Festivus =)

I guess, in your area ATV's are popular and that's why you buy and fix them, you are very good at what you do.
I watched a video last night about something very interesting, the parts can be pricey but as with everything they will come down, the video was about Snow bikes (part dirt bike and part snowmobile) and the conversion kit from dirt bike to snow bike (looks like track and front ski), you will be one of the first in your area and may grow your viewership even more

Joe. That's an old Kohler engine that 10w40 for wet clutch is going to ruin that engine quicker than that older black oil. You should be using a zink additive for older small engines probably a 10w30

Remember seeing one at the Kohler show room when I was a kid. I thought it was cool but didn't know they sold any.
