BERRIES N’ CREAM MOCKTAIL

ingredients//
. 2 oz raspberry puree
. 2 oz whipping cream
. 1/2 oz lemon juice
. 1 oz simple syrup
. 2 oz Ritual Zero Proof Gin Alternative
. raspberries
. filtered water

method//
- thoroughly wash & dry your raspberries
- in a blender add 7-8 raspberries + 1oz of filtered water, blend until smooth, strain to remove the seeds
- in a cocktail shaker add raspberry puree, whipping cream, lemon juice, simple syrup, gin alternative or water
- add ice, shaking vigorously until combined
- serve over ice and garnish with raspberries
