The "Heavenly Father" is the "Paternal" force and seed of reality. This pattern is seeded/manifested within the "womb" of space/time, which is what we call the material, which is the maternal. This is why we call earth "mother Earth".
Not that God or creation has an actual gender, but as expressions of "The All", our Creator is the Authority over all things and since everything is subjected to Him, we consider that masculine. And the manifested reality is subjected to that Creator, which is more feminine.
