Most effective way of doing this trick is to not do small clicks for 30 whole seconds as most if the vapour falls down and it is less efficient, but do the hardest clicks you can with your mouth closed and make sure close to the entirety of your tongue touches the roof of your mouth when clicking, you may also hear a very loud click, if you hear that loud click, you ha e done it right. With this method, it doesn’t take so long, and it is much more efficient. All you need to do is click your toungue gor around 5-10 seconds and quickly apply as much pressure as possible while filling your cheeks with maximum air, not letting any holes peep through and not breaking your jaw. Hold that pressure for as long as you like, remember, the warmer the room is, the warmer you need the air, so I suggest trying to go for a fair amount of time, maybe 20 secs. After that, don’t blow out like a cigarette, just barely ease it out. You should barely feel anything from having your hand an inch or two from your mouth, just a light breeze. If you do all of that correctly, practice, and trust me, this method works like 99% of the time. It is way easier and way mire efficient.

Caution: Your mouth is connected to your ears through your nose, so don't do the "Increasing the pressure" part too hard or too much, you might damage your ears. (From personal experience)
Edit: The damage in my ears wasn't permanent, It was a long time ago and its completely healed by now.
