Hello, this tutorial is by far the most efficient at covering most facets of a college level literature review. Thank you for your upload. It would help me considerably if you could guide me to which structure type and sources organization I should follow for a stand alone literature review on the benefits of mindfulness for depression and/or anxiety. I have an outline with subsections/topics on different techniques/interventions like MBCT, MBSR, gratitude and self-compassion respectively. Afterwards, there's sections on enhanced well being and mood. I do believe this may fall under thematic but would a problem/solution/example, question-and-answer or compare & contrast work best? Many thanks.

WOW!!! This video and these videos of Smart Student are the best! You are clear and thorough and I appreciate that! I am a master's student in Nursing and my BSN was a lot of years ago, so I am rusty in my writing, especially the "scholarly" writing. This was very helpful, except now I need to go back to my annotated bib and rewrite some!!
