Where in Michigan are you? I live in Mason. Good old Michigan weather, can’t trust the weather man. 😅

I have terrible luck introducing unmated queens. Maybe 50-50.

My mating goes south in August in sw Missouri. I've got a few virgins now but it's tough no flow, hornets, dragonflies by thousands lol good luck with your queens up there!

Your hard work ethic is something I admire and your channel is taking off! This is my first year bee keeping and I can’t seem to get enough. I’ve made many mistakes, and am learning a ton from your channel. Keep up the great work. I’m looking forward to seeing how things work out for you. By the way, every video you put out is better then the previous. Love your intro also

It's very interesting seeing all your experiments! I'm a new beekeeper ( since May) and I'm learning stuff from you! Keep up the hard work! I will have at least 3 more hives next spring to work with so I need all the survival skills I can get.

I really do love these "previously on" episodes its very suspenseful😬😊I love the different doors it totally reminds me of a gated residential neighborhood😊And I swear mother nature just sits around and spies on ur hives and Waits for U to show up all suited up before opening the flood gates doesn't she?😂🌧Guess she gets bored too😶Well fingers crossed for the next video and great way to end my evening with another informative and entertaining Beefitt Beekeeping video, see U in the next one my Favorite Keeper😊👑🐝#happyhumpday🐪 #emilyisthebeesknees💛 #beefitbeekeeping #beefithoney🍯

Hey NICE job, and that's from a retired contractor. I'd give you more 👍's up top👍👍👍 I know how much work that is right there. I wondered when I saw those in the other video they turned out great. Much of my winter prep-projects are many you are 🏃‍♀ through atm. I'd have and am doing the same thing atm with my smalls making them my back up nucs and requeening.😉but with me it is just 2.😊girl goes BIG, I like it.👍 I have to do most all my bee activities late spring early summer, my flow season is really restrictive here. Keep up the great work.💯👍

I've heard a double stack nuc can winter better than a 10 frame deep. Great video

Someone brought to my attention that Bees hoover hive beetles can't, so I cut off my hive beetle landing pads that they were walking right in on and made a tremendous improvement on cutting back on their presence. The Bees don't even seem o notice landing entrances are gone. Thought I'd give my two cents since it help me.
