This house is beautiful! There are few times $30, 000, 000 feel like $30, 000, 000 homes, but this one does. It is so homey and beautiful. There are neighbors but they aren't super close. The architecture is amazing and the SPACE is lovely. With the gym, massage room, beach, offices, etc, you wouldn't really need to leave home for a lot! It's great for people who have the means for comfort but are a little more introverted. This place gives off a sense of wealth, peace, family, and traditional business.
