According to me our constitution shares power between them horizontally which means that the three tiers ( legislature, executive, judiciary) shares same power and maintains a check and balance between them unlike vertical form of power sharing (central, state, local government) ❤❤

I think judge is more powerful but an IAS can serve the people much effectively than judiciary
If a person is interested to serve the people then being an IAS can serve his dream in a better manner.
Irrespective of the jobs whatever it may be, the target should be welfare of the people. People are scared going to courts due to consumption of more time, energy and money towards disposal of their cases. These days matrimonial cases are taking a lot of time to be disposed off
Often women don't get justice from their husbands. These days people are thinking that justice is a matter of luck
In my opinion if judiciary is to be people centric, then it has to evolve laws and procedures which can effectively dispense justice and bring smiles on the faces of people.
One day, people will be crazy to become a judge rather than becoming an IAS if things change😊
