We have a 10-week old Jack Russell/Pitbull mix. He's the most playful, affectionate, and intelligent puppy any of us have ever seen. He's a lap dog one minute, racing around the apartment like his tail was on fire the next. He learns commands very quickly and is already 75% housebroken (using pads). He's a fuzzy little vacuum when it comes to food, and is a major chew toy destroyer... and yes, we're talking toys that are designed for super chewers! He's such a goofy little love, and gets along very well with our 11-year old Pug. He's very devoted to all of us and stays very close to us, especially when he's sleeping. He'll squeeze behind us on our chairs, wedge himself between the arm of the chairs and our bodies, or curl up on one of our laps or chests. He's my bff's therapy dog, but I think he's healing all of us!

she had the colours of a German Shepherd, with a white spot on her chest, the overall shape of a Jack Russel but with longer spindlier legs and the stubbornness of a Dachshund

I have a jack russell/pitbull mix that almost completely looks like a jack russell, the only thing about her that looks like a pitbull is her muscles. Tough to train during her first year, but she's a really funny dog that loves to play and cuddle. I call her a mini pitbull.

We have a Jack Russell + Cavalier cross. He’s a beautifully friendly companion, especially for our 13 YO who is on the autistic spectrum. Fortunately, I work from home as he does have separation anxiety. Given the opportunity he would also chase the wallabies who live behind us. I just adopted a 12 week old BoJack. ( A cross of Boston terrier and Jack Russell) It's going to be ...ahem...interesting to see how he looks later and acts later. He has the head and ears of a Jack, but his coat is more of the Boston. His personality definitely (so far) leans to the Jack Russell.

I have a Jack Russell X which I got from the pound at 5 months old. They thought her cross was Wire Haired Terrier. She definitely has longer legs than pure breed jack Russell and a longer body like a dachshund. She is a fiesty active girl, very intelligent, very protective of territory and is always on cat alert. Throughout covid lock down I started making lists of dog breeds to improve and what crosses would improve them. All of the Brachcephalics have crossbreed corrections. . . Most of which will put English mastiff's bad lifts back into the 1800s body style or the bulldog to look as though it came from a 1700s painting, And the German Mastiff We look more like himself and become a much better hunter, being crossbred with a Greyhound, and will go back to having that sort of nose. Much like the longer face, slightly pointed nose that the English Mastiff had back in the day when it could still run across the estate grounds. You get the idea

I have a Yorkie/ Jack Russell rescue. I just love her. She has the colors of a Yorkie but her little stout body, her attitude, and tail looks likely Jack Russell. I named her Tank because she runs over everything like a tank.
