goats should drop mutton while sheep should drop a new item call raw lambchops
there should also be a non-mountainous variant which doesn't has thick white fur and spawn in the plains like other farm animals as the current variants of goats are mountain goats

I’m also pretty sure they don’t drop horns when they ram into blocks now that they are added into the game in caves and cliffs part 1 because the goat horn item isn’t even in the creative inventory before you switch the experimental caves and cliffs features on in bedrock edition.
