The Thargoid Hunter is a new class of Thargoid vessel and are the fastest, extremely agile, and most accurate aim of all, making cold orbiting useless. It also periodically launches 4 caustic missiles and can launch a lightning attack that generates very quickly and continually during that duration, though its shield is easy to break once it finishes its lightning attack. You can also find Orthrus Interceptors flying around the Thargoid Titan, it is possible to kill them alone with enough firepower. Other Thargoid Interceptors can be found, with the Cyclops variant being the most common.
