actually, what's unique to her is that she WAS a smoker and stopped smoking thanks to a Hololiver. That's inspirational af because Hololive helped her overcome her addiction and push away the inspiration that caused it (which I believe was an anime character)

Unique =/= Positive/Good

Just because it's a unique habbit/trait doesn't automatically make it a positive thing. Smoking, especially nowadays, is mostly associated as a negative habit/addiction so her quitting smoking is much better overall than her continuing just because it's "unique" in Hololive.

I guess with Gambling (Gacha/Horse racing) and Alcoholism being treated as somewhat of a meme/joke in the community with so many members partaking in those activities you could use those as comparisons of negative traits that are more accepted if you really wanted to be charitable to the other side of the argument but smoking hasn't really been "cool" for a while now.

In a way, you could say it's good that she did before... I mean, it's bad health-wise that she did smoke, but she also shows that it's possible to quit. So maybe she'll inspire good change in others.

Also, as was brought up in the confession stream with "Father" Fubuki and "Sister" Marine, she does still have something VERY unique to her... it's just not a physical object that you carry around in a bag.
