Rollout of next-generation ERP system delayed due to global chip shortage

The rollout of Singapore's next-generation Electronic Road Pricing system has been hit by the global chip shortage. The Land Transport Authority said the installation of on-board units in vehicles will be delayed by two years to the second half of 2023. It was supposed to begin this year.

LHL paved tunnels & highways in Singapore for incomes from citizens & people living in its "tiny island", more gasoline & undeserved expensive automobiles. This tiny island also created a CBD with a price tag! If anyone missed the road, had to turn around, they would have paid another time again through their IU! Call it a "fine that cannot be contended", if you will.
Everything is out of proportion in this tiny island. In 1985/6, no tunnel, no highway. I travelled from Outram Park to Ponggol by taxi easily, no traffic jam, no highway, no tunnel. Now, with all these tunnels & highways, more expensive, traffic jams & time consuming. My uncle had no opportunity to release his bladder in a traffic jam on a highway in this "so-called" highly developed island.
The speed of its MRT (Singapore) tells the Truth of acting like a Big City! If you know what I mean - walk & walk, up & down, left & right, from one color line to another (sometimes 3 color lines altogether) to get to our destination with a speed not anything like Big Cities! WHY? The Truth is simply, a small island!
Why are people being stressed and/or deprived unnecessarily in terms of values e.g. time, actual savings, family togetherness & freedom (including speech & thoughts)?? Many ignorant Singaporeans failed to see the Truth because they were made to believe & to behave like they are millionaires!
Got maid at home, able to afford the unnecessary but both husbands & wives are working for all these unnecessary purposes! I call this, one of samsaric cycle to its citizens manipulated by LHL to run Singapore the way he wanted for HIMSELF.
E.g. Children now stay in university campus & parents work to pay for children to live away from them. Come on! No inter-state here, man! Everyone living on a small island!
