Loosen the screw on top so you can turn the 5/8 nut and adjust the float level down. Probably need two turns it looks like. Fuel should be visible at the bottom of the sight, to just slightly above the bottom.

It's been a while, Probably too late now, :).

Maybe a little closer to the bottom of the window, maybe 3/16" of fuel in the window. Pressure ok, 6-7 psi on a Holley type carb, in my experience. FWIW
